Payment and delivery

PAYMENT

You can pay for the purchase:
* via a bank link - Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV and Coop Pank. Bank link payments take place via Maksekeskus/MakeCommerce (www.makecommerce.net) environment. It means that the personal data necessary for making payments is handled by Maksekeskus AS.
* By bank transfer - the data required for making a transfer will be displayed after the order has been placed.
* Via PayPal.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

After paying for the order, we complete the order and hand it over to our logistics partner (Omniva, Itella Smartpost or DPD) for delivery to the destination.
The delivery option can be selected when ordering and the exact prices are visible when ordering.

We send packages to the following countries: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, Ukraine.

Depending on the country and package weight, you can choose the following delivery options:

* Eesti Post registered maxi letter
* Eesti Post standard package
* DPD pickup point
* DPD courier.

The delivery option can be selected when ordering and the exact prices are visible when ordering.

Inside Estonia, we will deliver the ordered products to you free of charge if the cost of purchase is over 65 €.

If the delivery of the goods is disrupted for any reason, we will contact you and inform you of the problem. In case of missing goods, it is possible to choose a replacement product or get a refund.
